All new phones are sold complete with the manufacturers 12 month warranty and we endeavour to provide the most reliable handsets on the market. However due to their complexity, our customers do experience handset failures from time to time and this is when you will see our customer service at its best!

Contact us if you have a problem and we will endeavour to resolve the issue immediately. Nonetheless sometimes this is not possible and we may have to return your phone to the manufacturer for repair. If this occurs we will provide a “free of charge” loan phone for your use until your phone is repaired and available.

Although the vast majority of our business involves the supply and connection of mobile phones we do recognise that not everyone wants to, or is able to, upgrade or move mobile connections at the current time. You may however want the piece of mind to know that you do have the most cost effective tariff for you. This is where our Independent Advice Only Service can help. We will review the following:

For a fixed fee (dependent on the number of connections and therefore the analysis required) we can provide the following:

  • On-site visit, to determine your requirements, ascertain your current usage and obtain any other relevant information required.
  • Back at our office; carry out a detailed review of your calls and costs to conclude your exact requirements.
  • Review of the current tariff and call discounts available in the market place and match to your requirements.
  • 2 nd site visit to report our findings and recommendations.
